Dave; thank your lucky star nothing more serious happened. A friend of mine had a similar accident, fell about 15 foot and was paralyzed from the waist down. Have you ever thought of trying some crawling as rehab ? good for the wrists and shoulders and also good for the dorsiflexion. Try 5 to 10 steps at a time crawling im curious to know what you think.
